The One and Only Adobe Illustrator
In class today, we learned about Adobe Illustrator. It was very overwhelming if I am being honest. I could not seem to clearly follow exactly what the professor was discussing. I understand for this week, we have to work on two different images in Illustrator. We need them for class on Monday, but fortunately, we do not need a presentation for them. One of the images has to be a portrait whether it is of us or of someone else. His example in class was Lionel Richie which was pretty funny considering most kids my age probably do not know who he is. The other image has to be a landscape image of nature or a setting like that.
I think I will do my dog or myself as the portrait I am going to complete on Illustrator. For the landscape I am unsure if I will do a photo of my old home town or a picture on the beach. I feel a bit lost on how to use Illustrator. This happened with Adobe Photoshop as well, but it felt a bit more straightforward than Illustrator. I will probably wind up watching a bunch of tutorials and YouTube videos to figure out what I am doing. Stay tuned for my final two images that I wind up producing!
